MinistryConnect Sales Proposal

What is the proposal?
Beginning in 2008, a new feature of the MinistryConnect strategy is the owner level. This feature entitles an organization or entity (individual or group) to purchase  the MinistryConnect process and materials that had previously been owned and managed by MinistryConnect, LLC ^sm .  The copyrights will remain with MinistryConnect, LLC. The distinguishing feature is that the products and process purchased is limited by agreement to a specific target denomination or affiliated group of churches and to no one else. The organization or entity is entitled to determine its own profits. There are no fees due to MinistryConnect, LLC. The products and process are managed solely by the purchasing organization or entity.  All materials are designed to be a complete online process. 

What will the organization or entity be able to do with this purchase?
Coach churches in the calling process for staff. The organization is entitled to all the materials and processes for the calling of a church's 1) pastor and 2) other staff. It will not be a violation of the copyright to alter these materials to better serve one's organization or affiliation of churches. This includes: (click any item to view details)

(8) All computer files to administer the entire process
(9) Training of the organization or group leaders to administer and use all materials and processes. All travel expenses for MinistryConnect will be the responsibility of the purchasing organization.

What will the organization or entity need in addition to the MinistryConnect materials, programs and files?

--High speed Internet connection
--File server or a contracted file server (web site) with a minimum of 50 Megs of disk space with Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 or higher
--Select Survey by ClassApps.com
--Microsoft Office Professional
--A program to create PDF files
--Technician to maintain the files and programs

What is the sales price?
Price is determined by the number of affiliated churches with an individual organization or group of churches:
            Less than 500                         $3,000
            500-999                                   $6,000
            1,000-4,999                             $9,000
            5,000-9,999                            $12,000
            Over 10,000                          $15,000
